About CME at the C. Frank Webber Lectureship

Objectives

The 2024 C. Frank Webber Lectureship and Interim Session will provide family physicians and other health care professionals the opportunity to update their medical knowledge of important advances in the field, address their unmet educational needs, enhance their clinical skills, and support professional development through multi-faceted curriculums. Through didactic lectures, case discussions, and audience interactions, these activities strive to develop and promote CME with the ultimate goal of enhancing patient care.

Accreditation

The Texas Academy of Family Physicians is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. TAFP designates this live activity for a maximum of 16 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

This course has been designated by TAFP for up to 1 hour of credit in ethics and/or professional responsibility. This conference includes sessions that meet physician CME requirements mandated by the Texas Medical Board for pain management and medical ethics.

The Texas Academy of Family Physicians adheres to the ACCME standards regarding industry support of CME, and disclosure of faculty and commercial support relationships, if any, will be made known at the conference.
