Combining lectures, panel discussions, and hands-on demonstrations focusing on administrative skills, personal leadership qualities, and conflict resolution, TAFP’s Chief Residents Conference gives incoming family medicine chief residents crucial training for their new positions. Previously presented by the Faculty Development Center, TAFP carries on the tradition of facilitating opportunities to brainstorm and problem-solve with other chief residents and build a valuable network of your colleagues.
