We’re thrilled to be back at the Sheraton Dallas, located in the heart of downtown with easy access to great dining and entertainment.

If you’re driving in, self-parking is available in the lot under the hotel as well as in the hotel garage across from the valet entrance. TAFP has negotiated a discounted daily parking rate of $10. The discounted rate should be reflected in the room portfolio presented at check-out for attendees staying at the Sheraton. For those not staying at the Sheraton, discount tickets will be available at the TAFP registration desk.

Area dinner options – Tickets for the DART, or Dallas Area Rapid Transit, can be purchased at the front desk. The stop is located outside the hotel, to the right of the Peet’s Coffee entrance. Cabs and hotel sedans are always available and include stops in various downtown eating districts including the West End.

What about wi-fi? The hotel’s Link lounge on the lobby level has complimentary Internet access and mini-links are found throughout the hotel for powering up and logging on. Internet is available inside sleeping rooms for a fee.

Conference attire: All meetings are business casual. Although it is a typical Texas summer, meeting rooms can often be cold and TAFP recommends you bring a jacket or sweater to ensure your comfort during the program.

We hope you enjoy your stay in Dallas! If you need any assistance at all, just ask a member of the TAFP staff.
