AAFP needs your help to extend increased payment for Medicaid
Medicaid primary care services are currently being paid at Medicare levels through the Medicaid Primary Care Parity program, allowing family physicians nationwide to serve more Medicaid patients. Unless Congress votes to extend it, the program will expire Dec. 31, 2014. AAFP is asking members across the country to express their concern for the program by writing to their legislators. Contact your legislator with AAFP’s e-mail form.
