TAFP has negotiated a special group rate at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. The room block is available until July 8, 2013, or until all rooms are reserved, whichever comes first. Single or double rate is $169 and the triple and quad rate is $189. Remember to mention that you are with the Texas Academy of Family Physicians to receive this special group rate. Please keep in mind that booking your hotel room outside of the TAFP designated block does not count toward TAFP’s room commitment and results in higher hotel fees in the future. The Fort Worth Convention Center is located across the street from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Attendees will find crossing the pedestrian-friendly street simple; shuttles and personal vehicles are not necessary.
