PrimeCME is an educational service of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians designed to provide quality CME when and where it’s needed. All of the programs are provided at little or no cost to attendees.
PrimeCME’s new three-city series, "A Day in the Life Cycle," presents four hours of CME focused on the clinical treatment of patients in four distint phases of life. Between 7:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., attendees will learn about childhood asthma, type I and type II diabetes in adolescents, Parkinson’s disease in adults, and rheumatoid arthritis in seniors. Registration is only $25.
TAFP is accredited by the Accreditation council for Continuing Medical Education, so each course has been approved for AMA Category 1 Credit. In addition, application for prescribed credit is filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit will be provided at the program.
Browse through the list of CME programs by date and city to find a program near you. The schedule is constantly updated, so check back often for programs coming to your community.
