Doctor’s Office Quality – Information Technology (DOQ-IT) provides consultive services at no cost from TMF Health Quality Institute (formerly known as Texas Medical Foundation).

TMF, under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, is offering participation in DOQ-IT for small- and medium-sized primary care practices interested in implementing an EHR system. Interested primary care physicians are encouraged to visit www.doqit-tx.org to learn more about the initiative.
