Registration extended for AAFP’s Practice Enhancement Forum

Final registration for AAFP’s Practice Enhancement Forum has been extended to Monday, Sept. 29. Sign up your practice’s team of three to upgrade, enhance and revitalize your practice through the three-step program that includes completing the evaluation for one of AAFP’s METRIC modules, a two-day course in Dallas and post-conference implementation of your designated action plan. Now, participants can choose the clinical topic of most relevance to your practice: asthma, CAD, COPD, diabetes or geriatrics.
