Donate to a Houston charity clinic with Physicians With Heart

The Texas Academy of Family Physicians 59th Annual Session and Scientific Assembly takes place in Houston, July 16 – 20. This year, we have an opportunity to say thank you to our host city by giving something special to those in need. We are collecting monetary donations to present to the San José Clinic, the oldest operational charity clinic in the United States.
