Be Wise — Immunize Physician Toolkit

The Texas Medical Association’s Be Wise — Immunize Physician Toolkit is available to help physicians overcome hurdles that contribute to Texas’ low immunization rates.

The toolkit includes best practice guidelines, immunization schedules, vaccine safety information, statewide immunization program information, patient educational handouts, and posters for your waiting and exam rooms.

There are several ways to receive your free immunization toolkit. Because supplies are limited, the toolkit is available on CD and you can access it online at www.texmed.org/bewise. To order your new toolkit or CD, contact the Be Wise coordinator at bewisecoordinator@texmed.org or (800) 880-1300, ext. 1470.
