Update: Billing disclosure materials posted
Physicians must comply with the law by Saturday

There are only a few days left to make sure your office is in compliance with a new law regulating physicians’ billing policies. By this Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007, physicians must provide written billing policies and cost estimates to patients upon request and post notices of the new policies in their offices.
