Loan repayment program opens rolling enrollment
Did you miss the June 15 deadline for the new Physician Education Loan Repayment Program? The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board has announced that they will accept applications for the program throughout the rest of the year as long as funding remains available. Participate in AAFP Tobacco Cessation Office Champions pilot project
Deadline to apply is Aug. 16, 2010
AAFP is looking for 50 practices across the county to participate in a pilot project that will train practice staff to integrate tobacco cessation activities into daily office routines. Practices selected will receive $3,500 in reimbursement to cover administrative costs.
