AAFP defines ideal retail health clinics

If you haven’t heard of RediClinic, you will soon. These and other retail health clinics are opening in grocery stores and shopping centers across the state and country. The clinics, staffed by nurse practitioners in most cases, offer extended hours and flat rates for routine health services. TAFP is monitoring the development of these clinics in Texas.
