Each year, TAFP leaders and staff work with the Texas Department of State Health Services to recruit physicians to take part in this tobacco education program. TAFP also funds the annual poster competition in Texas.

Hard Hats for Little Heads

For the third year, TAFP is partnering with the Texas Medical Association to support youth bicycle safety. TAFP will sponsor up to 25 events for members only, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible.

Physicians with Heart

Participate in TAFP’s annual service project, Physicians with Heart. All collected donations benefit a designated clinic in the Annual Session host city.

Texas Coalition for Worksite Wellness Tobacco Toolkit

TAFP partnered with TCWW to provide members with resources to help their patients stop smoking in three cities where smoking bans were recently passed.
