For a $500 registration fee, reserve a tabletop exhibit and join us March 2, 2012, at the Omni Austin Hotel Southpark. You will be in front of more than 300 attendees at this one-day CME program. Space is limited to less than 15 exhibitors, so we encourage you to reserve your booth early.

The Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark is conveniently located on the northbound frontage road of IH-35 and Hwy 71 just eight miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). For detailed directions, click here.

Rooms are available at the TAFP group rate of $135 for a single and $155 for a double, plus state and local taxes. This rate is available until Feb. 17, 2012, or until all rooms in the block are reserved, whichever comes first. Please be sure to indicate to the reservation agent that you are with the TAFP group to receive the group rate. Call the Omni Hotel at (512) 448-2222 to reserve your room or make your reservation online.

Unsecured space is available in the ballroom pre-function area directly outside of the general session room.

All booths should be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 2, 2012, and can be dismantled at 4 p.m. Exhibit breaks are scheduled in 15-minute blocks. As always, you can expect physicians to visit the exhibit area throughout the day.

Your standard $500 booth fee includes:

• a skirted table (6 feet long by 30 inches wide),
• two chairs,
• boxed lunch, and
• refreshment breaks during the day.
