As a part owner and the managing partner of the National Procedures Institute, TAFP is proud to bring the popular NPI Aesthetics Workshop to the 59th Annual Session and Scientific Assembly. Learn more about the aesthetics buzz and how you can incorporate cosmetic evaluations, skin fillers, facial peels and lasers into your current practice. Plus, you’ll get helpful tips on how to market your new services to patients.

This program has been reviewed and is accepted for 15.25 Prescribed credits by the AAFP. 

Learning Objectives
By the end of this activity, the learner should be better able to:

  • Understand the unique demands of the cosmetic patient and be able to conduct an effective patient consultation.
  • Learn what kind of wrinkles can be improved, understand the injection techniques used, and know how and when to use skin fillers.
  • Learn how to perform an exfoliating peel and know the difference between acid, microdermabrasion and laser methods.
  • Become familiar with lasers for vein and wrinkle treatments and hair removal.
  • Understand how to market your practice looking at advertising, equipment needs and personnel.

Registration for Annual Session is not required for this workshop. Course registration fee includes course syllabus and breakfast, lunch and refreshments during the workshop each day. TAFP’s Annual Session cancellation policy applies to the Aesthetics Workshop.
