All TAFP events are under one roof this year—visit with exhibitors, immerse yourself in the general session topics, and participate in TAFP’s business meetings.
NOTE: Remember, TAFP’s Annual Session is located at the Westin Galleria and not their sister property, The Westin Oaks.
The deadline to reserve your room within TAFP’s room block at the Westin Galleria Houston has passed. Rooms may still be available at the Westin Galleria for full price. Call the hotel for availability at (713) 960-8100. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable with 72-hours notice of cancellation.
If you are unable to reserve a room at the Westin Galleria, attendees may check pricing and availability at other hotels in the area. Parking at the Westin Galleria is free through mall parking. Therefore, daily parking is available at no cost to commuters.

The TAFP registration desk will be located on the fourth floor of the Westin Galleria outside Woodway Hall in the Woodway Foyer.

- Wednesday, July 16 | 3 - 6 p.m.
- Thursday, July 17 | 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Friday, July 18 | 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday, July 19 | 6 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
- Sunday, July 20 | 6 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Registration for the Aesthetics Workshop will be located outside Tanglewood on the third floor Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
