Support a TAFP Activity
TAFP offers several avenues for you to support an activity.
Live CME
TAFP organizes four major symposia each year as well as numerous PrimeCME™ one-hour and multi-hour programs. Each of these programs offers multiple opportunities to support one or more topics to be discussed at the programs.
Educational grants support speaker honorarium and travel, brochure printing and postage, syllabus printing, facility and audio-visual equipment rental, accreditation fee, food and beverage (when applicable), and a small management fee.
Educational grantors receive acknowledgement on/in the TAFP website, the program syllabi, the on-site signage, the on-site materials, the educational slide show that runs in the general session rooms, and the verbal announcements in the general session rooms.

Exhibits
Reach decision makers in person by exhibiting at a TAFP conference. Table-top space is available at Doctors in Motion, C. Frank Webber, and Primary Care Summit. 10 x 10 space is available at the Annual Session. Contact Nathan Moore for prices and availability.

Exhibit Breakfast—Exclusive sponsorship: $8,000 or Co-sponsorship: $4,000
This event kicks off the Annual Session & Scientific Assembly Friday morning, and all attendees are invited to the Exhibit Hall to enjoy complimentary breakfast buffet and coffee. Don’t miss this chance for your company to reach hundreds of participants looking for business opportunities while socializing on the exhibit floor.
President’s Gala—Exclusive sponsorship: $10,000 or Co-sponsorship: $5,000
This ticketed event honors the outgoing and incoming TAFP Presidents and officers and boasts over 175 professionals. An Annual Session Saturday night tradition, the President’s Gala has featured dinner and a dance band, a comedy troupe, and an evening at an aquarium. In addition to the above acknowledgements, as an Exclusive Sponsor of the Gala you will receive 2 reserved tables to use at your company’s discretion.
Conference Tote Bags—$6,000
With sponsorship, your company name or product logo will be printed on the bags given to every attendee at each of TAFP’s 4 symposia, giving you a presence year round at each TAFP symposium.
CME Clinical Syllabi—$5,000
Support TAFP’s conference syllabi and gain year-round acknowledgement for this office-based reference tool given out to all CME participants.
Official Program—$5,000
The Official Program is given to every attendee and contains the schedule for the program.
Dessert Breaks—$5,000/break
Everyone loves dessert and our attendees will love you for sponsoring dessert at Annual Session on Friday or Saturday. On these days, lunch will be served in the CME classroom and dessert will be served in the Exhibit Hall.
Conference Lanyards—$3,000
Sponsor the lanyards that TAFP will hand out at all 4 symposia, or supply TAFP with your company’s own lanyards for TAFP to hand out to conference attendees.
Exhibit Breaks—$2,000/break
Your sponsorship helps to provide refreshing beverages to our attendees in the Exhibit Hall.
Hotel Door Drops—$2,500
Want to reach the attendees while the exhibit hall is closed? We will deliver your marketing or product information to each guest room at the hotel.
Bag inserts – $1500
Would you like to ensure that every attendee takes home your product’s message? TAFP will insert a your pens, tablets, brochures, etc. into the tote bags that each attendee receives. (Limit 2 inserts)
