TAFP tracks the following to evaluate the program:

• Number of Health Care Professionals (HCPs) invited vs. number attended
• Program Evaluation Results containing:
• Rigorous survey questions about the speaker
• Rigorous survey questions about the content
• Insight into meeting the program objectives
• Insight into what HCPs want in future programs
• Insight into how HCPs can immediately apply the new learning in their practices
• 6-month follow-up outcomes survey to measure behavioral changes in HCP’s practices
